Hi, Just something i seem to have noticed and wondering if anyone else has. When i try to login to 'EE WiFi hotspots' in the field it doesn't let ee mobile customers login? Is this the way it is supposed to be?

Resolved! Unable to make calls within the USA on two UK EE Phones

My & my wife's phones are working with data in the USA OK.We can make and receive UK calls.We can send most texts.We cannot make or receive USA calls, they fail.All the options for connecting EE to report this problem result in failed calls or failed...

For about a month now my text messages arnt sending. Iv topped up i have unlimited messages. I can ring recieve calls and use the internet. I can recieve messages but mine don’t deliever it doesn’t say message not sent or anything they just don’t del...

Calls are not going through

No one can call me and I can't call anyone either. But my phone is always switched on and my account is topped up, the connection shows that there is a connection, texts also come. What could be wrong?

Same problem for me the above 0800 number doesn’t work either and EE chat bot is useless been trying 4 days now to get them to cal me on what’s app but no good. Got conned into paying £25 per phone to ensure it works too臘‍
