Hi, I am going on a cruise soon overing the Caribbean, USA and Mexico. I think I can get 500mb of data, but is that the £9.50 add on and can you tell me how long that will last, just using WhatsApp, email and social media - no streaming? Thanks

Unable to call or text from abroad

I am on a pay monthly contract and have paid extra for the roam abroad pass. Currently in Canada and can’t call home or send text messages. This is the only way of contacting my elderly parents. Data seems to be ok and I can use wifi for WhatsApp etc...
