My daughter is in Spain and didn't turn on roaming before she left the UK. How can I do this from my ee account which she is on?TIA

Hi, I can’t connect to a network either. I have tried all the steps and made sure roaming was on. I cannot text / call to find out what the problem is. Please can you help? Thanks

Will I get charged to use my phone In Germany, France, Belgium and Holland? Iv read I can add on for £2 a day but don’t know how to and can’t get through to an advisor
