I am unable to access free roaming in Europe

no service

In Tenerife at the mpment using dual sim phone. phone shows x by signal strength and emergency only calls. When i search for carriers just says no network. is the system just down at the moment or do i have a problem? 

Resolved! Eu travel

I'm going to tenerife in August I have the £2 per day add on for EU TRAVEL already included in my plan, does this mean I won't be charged extra??

I’m currently in Bali, Indonesia and if I try to make a call I’m diverted to what seems like a local automated service which tells me my number has been blocked????

I have an EE card I am in Cyprus and it’s not letting me make phone calls what is the problem

Help. I am on holiday in Florida and paid £10 to be able to roam and use my phone here. I am totally clueless when it comes to phones and any time I try to use my phone it says not registered on network.Any advice or suggestions please.
