Resolved! IPhone XS Max IOS 16.0.2 : Cannot send text message

Voicemail notifications

Hi,I'm getting two notifications when I receive a voice a voice mail message.  I get the system message but I also get a text message.  How do I turn off the text messages and just get the system notification?ThanksBenSamsung S10 on EE
