Can’t turn on roaming while abroad… help!

I’ve activated roam further before leaving the UK but didn’t realise I had to enable roaming through my account settings. Now I’m in the USA and can’t turn it on through my account. It keeps saying there is a problem. How can I fix this?

Calling 1888 numbers?

Hello, Im currently trying to change flights and they need to call me back on my phone. My EE doesn't allow me to call any toll free numbers or non geographic ones. How do I change this so I can receive the call back?
