Issues with Wi-Fi calling on phone

Despite Wi-Fi being fine, Wi-Fi calling appears to be an issue on this particular phone. It is enabled but wonder if an issue EE side. Not sure what to do.

Hello, I started getting this today. If anyone tried to call my EE mobile number it says not connected to network.I called EE and spend a while going through settings.The end result was go and see a EE shop all looks fine this end.So no answer really...
