I have had non stop issues since contacting EE and the technical staff tampering with my account.
I can no longer receive any inbound calls or text messages whilst overseas and I have spent over three hours in the space of two days speaking to the staff who have been pretty much incompetent and useless. The original problem was then miss advising me on having coverage in Turkey and now I’m unable to even receive the inbound calls or text messages.
it is absolutely ridiculous and they have not done any form of follow-up just left it despite making it very clear that I want to read complete and scheduled call not received.
