No response to texts to 150

Trying to add business passport to plan by spending "passport" to 150..But there is no response..In fact, no response any text messages to 150.

Resolved! Zone 8 and 60mins global add

Anyone know why 60min global add on doesn’t work in Cape Verde? All set up and confirmed before leaving the UK but any attempt to call the UK fails.
