Resolved! IPhone XS Max IOS 16.0.2 : Cannot send text message

When I registered the Sim Card with My EE, I received the confirmation code by text.since I’ve updated to iOS 16.0.2 and I don’t know if this why it’s not working.I’ve tried texting and it’s not working (not distributed).I’ve resetted Network setting...

In a different country and no service
