Unlock for international call to my mobile, I can’t make payment with bank

I paid my EE with £65 pounds please help I can’t still receive income call from bank to prove payment

Could you explain your situation in a bit more detail please? I'm not sure what you mean.

@eva15  If you was cut off for none payment and now you’ve paid it’ll take up to 24 hours before you have a working signal again.
