Can any person pick up after repair or does it have to be account holder

I went to drop off my phone for repair but had to be account holder who is my partner but now it’s repaired I need to collect. I’m on the account and it is my phone and can’t get through to the store but getting my partner to take more time off (self employed) at this time of the year is nigh on impossible.
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN COLLECT ? Thank you in advance. Merry Christmas 🎄

@GW3   The device/contract isn’t in your name it’s in your partners name as it’s their account not yours.  You’re only using that device with their permission. Your name on the account is just because your partner is allowing the my EE app to access their contacts on their device.  It’s the account holder who needs to collect it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
