my emails are not updating , have been into settings  , mail ,and turned on and off and on again the push button , turned off phone, refreshed ... what more can i do ? my phone is an I phone 6

I am travelling to Canada very soon and am on PAYG.  I have been told on LiveChat that I cannot use my phone.  That it only works in EU - and that I can't buy a roaming allowance for Canada.I was informed that the webpage about using EE PAYG in Canad...

Competition Text number wont send

Hi, everytime I try to send a text to a competition text number is won't send, says error 0. I've sent UNBAR to 150. I have a £10 cap limit but I never even reach that. Any ideas please? 

Unable to receive OTP when travelling in India

Hi,I am travelling in India and unable to receive OTP messages from my bank. I have also bought a sms roaming add-on but this has not helped. Please can you help resolve this issue at the earliest.Regards,Prajwal

No network

I have travelled to Portugal and I can’t access my phone keeps on saying no network I don’t have bars on the phone

Can u please turn me back on till the 9th as that is when I get paid as I need to keep in touch with my daughter as she as had a mini stroke  I cont ring her till u turn me back on
