Unable to get phone signal

I am new user to EE. Got a message that my sim is activated and asked to restart phone. But later can’t see the mobile signal? Can some one help what is the issue ? Even I can’t call to 150 as there is no signal in my phone.

Did you port your number to EE from your old network?

Are you able to try manually connecting to the network?
