I changed my contract in store today to a sim only one after my previous contract expired - since then I haven't been able to get any reception, ive tried turning the phone off and off again but nothing has changed. I also havent had a text or email ...

Receiving this message with calls I make that previously posed no issue. I have tried resetting the network, manual dialling, turning off and on wifi dial assist etc; to no avail. Any other help would be appreciated
