No service abroad

Hi, I'm currently abroad and my phone is not connected to any network (only SOS). I am in monthly contract and has changed to eSim recently, but has been in EU since and it was working. I have tried to connect to local network manually and this hasn't worked too.Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you tried restarting the phone and connecting to a different network after the restart? 

Is anyone else with EE and getting signal?

Hi, thanks for replying.
Yes, I have tried restarting my phone and still no service. And I had this issue when I was transiting in Dubai too.
Can't really answer the second question there 😊

Considering I am abroad and I do not have any service on my phone, is there any other way to contact the mobile care team, e.g. per email? Live chat seems to be not available too.

Sorry we have no email address to contact us on, you would need to call from another phone or use a calling app such as Skype to make the call.
