Hi @Janet95

If your plan was taken out before 29th August 2024, you would need to select the Roaming Pass EU Inclusive Extra to roam free-of-charge in the EU.

If your plan was taken out on or after this date, you should have an addon showing called "Roam in EU" and would not have to select an Inclusive Extra.

Hi @Janet95

Welcome to our community.

What advice did the team give you?

Do you get inclusive extras on your plan?

Lesley

Hi
Yes, I have inclusive extras. One advisor stated I need to swap my inclusive extras. A second advisor said I didn’t need to as it was included in the all rounder plan

That's good as worst case scenario you need to change to the roaming pass but at least it is definitely included in some way @Janet95

It will depend on when you took your plan and some special offer plans may not have EU roaming included so without account access, it's impossible to tell just from the plan name. Do you have any add-ons showing in your app that are related to roaming showing?

The EU Roaming addon you see is NOT the same as "Roam in EU" - it is not a billing addon, purely a flag to indicate you can access networks within the EU but this may still be chargeable.

If you go to "View Inclusive Extras" - do you have an option for "Roaming Pass EU"?

If so, you would need to select this in order to have free-of-charge EU Roaming.

I will check. Thanks
