I am in Poland, I have a signal but I cant make a phonecalls and receive phonecalls since a few days. Can you help?
I cant find the way to email ee and I am not able to call ee.

Have you been able to make or receive calls whilst in Poland on this trip previously?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

Can you send & receive text messages? This includes the welcome text you should receive on first arrival

Can you use mobile data

Regardless of the answers to the above questions, try manually selecting each local network in turn - are the symptoms the same on each?

 - Yes, a few day ago

Hi. I am just log on manually to Plus network and now I am abble to use my phone. But this is wrong that I can not contact EE via email. They need to add this. Thank you
