I think my SIM card has been disabled as I cant make or receive calls or text. Am waiting for a replacent card but have no way of contacting or receiving texts/phonecalls and there has been dodgy activity from an unknown phone which seemingly has access to my email account. Am worried as Idont have a clue about what EE is doing about this with no contact from them????

Hi @Dundee21

You can only have one card active on your account. If you have ordered a other card then your original SIM is deactivated.

I would suggest setting up two stage authentication on your email using an authentication app (Google) rather than mobile number.

Thanks

Cheers mate! Though the two stage authentication  was where all the problems started or came to light with the second stage phone number verification?
