PAYG Roaming Cost Outside EU is a Nonsense

When a PAYG user checks the Roaming Costs Tool for a non-EU country they would see, for e.g. USA,:

What roaming pass is being referred to? There are no roaming passes on PAYG outside the EU & PAYG users wouldn't necessarily be aware of those for contract users.

Also no costs are given for receiving calls. Are they free?

Also no way is given for obtaining data abroad which I understand is possible. Even the How do I access data abroad? link leads to more nonsense pertaining to contract users only.

Hi @XRaySpeX 🙂

I cannot see any available roaming passes for roaming outside of the EU zone.

Incoming calls, when roaming in the USA, are £1.20 per minute.

I've passed your observations over to our Roaming team so that they can review the information on the roaming tool.

Thanks for raising this with us.
