Hi all,
I’ve just landed in Madeira, Portugal, and have a text from EE stating I can use my roaming pass so can use my minutes and data…how do I check this roaming pass as I don’t know if I have one and I’m not wanting to get a massive bill.
Is there a way to check?

Welcome to the EE Community!
Certain plans do have EU roaming included, such as our newest Full Works and All Rounder plans.
If you have access to the EE app, you can check this by logging in, selecting your number, then under add-ons it should show 'Roam in EU'.
Alternatively if you share a screenshot of the message you received we can double check this.

This message definitely reflects you having an inclusive roaming option, depending on your plan this will either be built in by default, or you'll have selected this as a swappable inclusive extra.
