Calls being disconnected after 2 rings

For the past the few days, every time I'm trying to call my husband,or work number,after 2 rings,the call gets disconnected. I reset the phone but still the same issue.

Network issues

Since landing in Dublin from Manchester I’ve been unable to get network connection. Currently only can use Wi-Fi at hotel but can’t make calls etc
