WHY IS MY LOCATION STILL SAYIG IM IN LONDON WHEN I LIVE IN BRISTOL ,EE SORT THIS NOW AS I RELY ON MY LOCATION SHOWING I AM NOT 150 MILES AND ITS NOW AFFECTING MY LIFE AS APPS AND NEED MY LOCATION TO BE ACCURATE,ITS NOT MY PHONE OR OTHER WEB SITES AS EE BLAMES. ITS YOUR FAULT DEAL WITH IT OR I GO PRESS WITH THIS ISSUE I CANT TO SEE THE BACK OF EE FOR GOOD

@4130rider It’s not EE or the network. Have you tried restarting the device? What device is it ? And it’s considered rude to shout.

Like google maps for example shows you 150 miles away? It’s nothing to do with EE and sounds like a device issue. Try using a GPS checking app to make sure it’s getting a solid connection to satellites

Do you mean google sees you as being in London?
Your location on the internet will be determined by your ip address, this depends also on what server your provider is connecting you to, in this case EE.
e.g. when I’m connected to my home wifi my ip address can say I’m in several places around the country depending on the server, this can be an advantage in some cases as it can help to prevent location tracking by websites.
You need to have your location services on for your device to know where it is and set to give the precise location. You may need to give you browser permission to access this also.
iPhone has precise location turned off my default so you need to enable this per app in settings.
