Cannot connect to any network in Mexico

My phone will not connect to any network since deactiving the airplane mode on arrival. Roaming is in place and all settings are correct. Cannot call 150 for help as WiFi calling will not connect either

Data in Morocco

HiI have the roam abroad add on as part of my plan. Does anyone know if this includes Morocco? If not, what’s the most cost effective way to access data here? thanks
