No internet. My wife on EE has internet from O2.de my provider Vodafone.de

I have no  internet from EE . My wife on EE has internet from O2.de

my provider says Vodafone.de

What do I do ?

I’ve tried going to Vodafone.de 

still nothing 

I have heaps of credit and data

switch phone off and on zillion times

driving me nuts

@Grantk   So you’re not in the UK then.    Have you tried manually searching for a different network ?   Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?

Yes global roaming in Germany 

I run dual sim 

Vodafone New Zealand (now called one I think)

and EE 

when I flick to nz sim works instantly on voda nz

when go back to EE it doesn’t work 

it’s only started to have problems last 2 days in Munich 

my wife has got it to work now on O2.de but very frustrating

I rung EE but got put on hold for 20min until I gave in. Sadly no way to have them ring back

The joy with dual sim with Iph 13 is I can find another service provider 

shame though I thought EE was reliable albeit a bit slow using data compared to my NZ sim
