Mums number is unknown and goes straight to voicemail

Hi my mums number is unknown and when she rings my mobile it goes straight to voicemail I've checked everything and the only thing I have changed is my ee plan. It's quite annoyed especially if it was an emergency. Any suggestions how to resolve this...

Roaming Not Working Australia
