Using phone abroad

Currently in Lanzarote. Tried to inform EE I was going abroad but couldn’t see how. Now unable to link with any network. Really disappointed with lack of support from EE.

unable to use data with roaming on abroad

hi my son is abroad and has the roaming add on active he can text and whatsapp but can’t use his data anyone have any ideas why?

Unable to get phone signal

I am new user to EE. Got a message that my sim is activated and asked to restart phone. But later can’t see the mobile signal? Can some one help what is the issue ? Even I can’t call to 150 as there is no signal in my phone.
