Hi,I'm on contract and in the UK at the moment.  I'm expecting a call from New Zealand tomorrow. Am I going to be charged for accepting the call? Thanks in advance!

i am trying to ring Dublin from the uk and it says calls are barred to this number so i bought an add  on for phoning Ireland . i am still barred . can anyone tell ne how i can ring Dublin and what code i put in .
