Unwanted emails /apps

Hi I’m constantly receiving emails and texts I block them but it makes no difference, these have become every few minutes , also I can’t seem to store anymore apps on my phone .thanks

Overseas internet package

No network

Cannot make or receive calls.. says no network connection.. I've taken sim card out and cleaned and restarted phone...I'm sim only and pay in DD so no billing issues ??
