Hello, I have some issues. I signed a new contract last august for 2 years. I was preparing to work abroad and the sales person said the phone would work abroad. I have to use data roaming services which are not cheap and don't last. I can't ring international numbers even if I want to pay 2.50 a min. Can't ring 360 or contact ee directly. I also was given a another sim I was told I can cancel at any time but isn't the case. I'm paying around 65 pounds a month for a phone basically. Again can't contact ee, can anybody help. It's a nightmare.

Hi @Realdeal23,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Which country are you currently in?

Did you text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming and international calling before you left the UK?

For what purpose was the second SIM card sold to you?

You can find all the methods of contacting Customer Care in Contact us | Get in touch for help and support.
