Hi, My and my son's mobile numbers are messed up, and EE team members cancelled mine. Last two days, I have been trying to resolve this and have yet to be successful. Is there anyone from the complex team who that look into this? As per customer service, "You" are the one who is holding this. I need to fix this asap, as I am here on a short visit and expecting calls/otp from financial institutes (banks etc.)... I need urgent help.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem with your mobile numbers. If you have spoken to our Mobile Care team and they've referred you to a complex team, they should contact you directly.

it's been over 2 days now. no response or action from the complex team. i am tired of calling 150 all the team. EE team don't understand urgency!!!! and they are the one who cancelled my number by accident ... i really need help chris . can you please help me to sort out.
