Gifting data

I’ve managed to gift data to my daughter. It’s showing on her account , however it’s not allowing her to use it . She’s switched the phone on and off but still not working .

@Baseman4 : Where is she? You can't use gifted data in a country where your UK allowances aren't useable.

We are both living under the same roof in the uk . We’ve never had problems before as it’s a regular thing I do . Like I’ve said it’s showing there in her account but it’s not allowing her to use it . Not sure what the problem is .
