‘No Service’

I’m in in Parma and see that some other people in Italy (and elsewhere) are also getting ‘No Service’. Has anyone managed to get that problem sorted? Any advice appreciated 

Resolved! How to use my phone in Qatar?

Currently in Qatar, had a text this morning to inform me that as I have a spend cap in place EE have now barred some services including using my phone abroad. How do I remedy this?

I plan to take out a Roaming Pass for the US. EE say that "allows you to use your standard minutes, text and data plan allowances while abroad.......... just as you would in the UK. But what exactly does that mean? Can I call a UK number from the US ...

Resolved! Check and change voicemails from Columbia

Hi, I’m in Columbia and using a local sim most of the time. However I need to check my voicemail and change the message - how do I do that given that I have no local service on my we sim? Thanks 

Change my package whilst abroad

I’m going to South Africa for 6 weeks and really don’t want to pay £6 a day for Wi-Fi…can my current package be altered for this period? Thank you.
