I used to be able to connect to EE WiFi on the London Underground, but this seems to have stopped working. My phone is an Oppo Find X5. When I try and connect it tells me:
"Timed out while joining EE WiFi - Auto. Please try again later"
I try again later, with the same result! Previous threads about this topic have suggested that you need to phone EE on 150 to get them to resolve this, but when I phone 150 it doesn't seem to be possible to actually speak to someone, or to report this issue.

I'm not sure how long its been happening, as, before last weekend, I hadn't tried to use it in a while on the underground.
Yes, I restarted the phone.

If so, please call us on 150 and select option 2 and the team will help get this looked into.
