Network problems in Pinner, Harrow (NW London)

We have experienced network issues in Pinner, Harrow (postcode HA5 3**) for nearly a week. This is causing issues as we rely on this network as our main source for internet connectivity. Usually similar issues have been resolved within a day or two at most - is there an estimate of when the ongoing issue may be resolved?

Under the "find out more" link, there should be an option to "keep me updated" by either text or email.

From looking at the status myself, it refers to an upgrade. My suspicion is that this means additional technologies and/or frequency bands being added (basically, extra radio spectrum).

If this needs a physical reconfig of the site, antennas or radio kit, it can often take a few days to complete. There are numerous permutations depending on the individual pre & post-config.

Hello @Jakob_141

Welcome to the community,

That would depend on the problem, as to how long it can take, we have no idea in the community, this is a public forum with no access to areas.

If you have reported it, registered, then you will get updates.

Hi @Jakob_141

Have you checked the status checker for issues as the above image is the network coverage check.

I get the Met past pinner and I'll check tomorrow morning 😉.

Thanks

Thank you, while I use an EE SIM card for the router, the contract is with National Broadband so I am not able to get more information than the "problem in your area" notice on the EE website. If it is a network upgrade I am hopeful it will be resolved soon.
