Phone call

Whenever I make a call, as soon as the other person answers my phone just cuts off. Any idea why? It's only started happening this week

Problem with payment confirmation.

Problem with payment confirmation.I paid for the subscription in the evening and I did not receive the confirmation. The money was sent. The services are disconnected. Please help me.

Roaming data

I have paid for roaming data but it tells me to turn off Wi-Fi which then says it cannot connect to the server.

My sim card is not working in India

I am logged in my EE account, just activated my sim card in Romania and the "Parental & data controls" or Romaning activation options don't show in the app. 

Data roaming upgrade

I am visiting my daughter in NZ and need to add a data roaming package but cannot receive any texts or calls. WiFi calling isn't working. I have a galaxy A51. Please advise.

Absolutely no mobile service

I paid for the subscription and have a lot of data left but I can't use the mobile service anywhere. I can't call or go online when im out. Really need help with this.
