Recieving International Calls

Can someone let me know if I call from Canada with the Roam Abroad Pass if the reciever will be charged on either a mobile or landline? Thanks

@ekfoley94 : If the receiver is on a UK phone while in the UK they will not be charged for receiving calls from anywhere.
