Shouldn't it be obligatory for a phone company to publish its rates to each country? I can't find this information anywhere. I'm referrng to the cost of calling, say, France from the UK. Not roaming from abroad.
It's stupid because there's a £2 per month add--on that boasts reduced international rates. But not only does it NOT say what exactly the reduction is, you can't even find out the rate before the discount.

@quangle here is the link, you can then put in which county you want to know:

OK, I found standard rates by searching "calling abroad". You can search by country. (The app wouldn't let me login and the website is always excruciatingly slow)
Piecing it together, 'International pass add-on' is the £2 per month option and discounted rate is given under the standard rate.
Then there's the £14.05 pm 'International add-on' (without the 'pass') that gives you 500 minutes:
"Enjoy low cost calls to 50 different countries" given below
"The add-on has an allowance of 500 minutes at these rates."
'These rates'? Which rates? The same ones as the £2 International pass? It's not clear.

The International Call & Text rates, both Standard & Discounted, can be found in Calling Abroad From the UK

Thanks. I posted again before seeing your reply. Still unsure what the international add-on rates are, if different from international pass add-on.

The £14.05 pm International add-on gives you 500 mins free to any of the 50 countries. It's an allowance that the £14.05 pays for. To buy this text 500INTL1 to 150.
There is also a £28.15 pm International Extra add-on that gives you 250 mins free to any of 100 countries. To buy this text 250INTL2 to 150.
This is covered in more detail in EE pay monthly international calling add-ons T&Cs

Thanks. That would make sense. The statement "The add-on has an allowance of 500 minutes at these rates" simply confuses it.
Also, if anyone on the web team is listening it would help to link to this information from each add-on on the add add-ons page. And would be easier to find if the name of the add-on were at the top of the section.
