EU calls barrred

I'm currently in France, I have activated the monthly EU roaming pass, but all out going calls are barred. How do I get past this, my account is up to date.

Help! Roam in Australia

Have enabled roaming before I left UK. Now in Australia. Have mobile data on, Telstra Mobile showing but cannot connect. can someone help?
