Resolved! Upgrading made my number change

Hi I recently upgraded my phone. since doing this the new device has changed my mobile number but I wanted to keep my original one I’ve had for years. How do I fix this? 

My mobile phone does not work

Service not working abroad

I have walked through the guide to set my phone up. I’ve set restarted, set my phone networks to search manually, but I can’t get any service. Not even Bars, I have no network. Very disappointed as 3 and Vodafone connect with ease

Calls cut out after 5 minutes

I have started to have this problem too. Exactly at 5 mins the call gets cut off. I am in the UK using my EE sim. It happens when I am at home or when I am out.  

Resolved! Voicemail on iphones

Is it possible to delay the time a call is diverted to my voicemail, so I have time to answer the call? This cannot be done on the handset.
