Resolved! voicemail

I keep receiving voicemails from EE, asking me to record a message for my voicemail. I don't want to leave a message, but can't clear the repeated notifications until I listen to the message then it just comes up again, How do I stop it ?

I'm trying to dial 901 to access my v-mails as usual, but am getting message 'I'm sorry but this number is no longer in service.' Any ideas how to resolve this and access my vmail? I have 2 messages waiting!
