Hello @Mobius7

Thanks for coming here.

Are you looking to move an eSIM over to your new phone?

What device are you looking to share data from?

Speak soon,

Katie

Thanks for replying.    I currently use an old (in phone terms) Samsung S20+ and want to upgrade as it isn't going to get any more U.I.  upgrades , I'm not good with tech, I'm wondering just how to swap my sim card to my new (to me, probably second hand) S23/24 without disruption of my data plan with EE and then the sharing of data on this phone I'm using to the new(er)  phone. Such as my banking app etc.

Thanks 👍    very much appreciated.   I'm new here, do you work for EE , or is this a forum for ppl who are with EE?  I only found out this forum/space existed yesterday.     Thanks for your help.

Katie's reply regarding transfering your SIM applies to eSIM. If you have a physical SIM, then you simply remove it from your existing phone and insert it into the new phone. It's the SIM which contains your account details, thus moving that will move your plan & allowance.
