HiI am on sim only and currently in Spain. I cannot access voicemail when I call that or the UK number for customer services I am told that calls to the numbers are barred. I cannot check the balance on my account either.

Advice from EE is to use 'Automatic' on "Network Selection". BEWARE, if you do, you will only get 'E" connectivity, the second lowest, below even 2G. I changed this and selected Vodaphone and got 4G connectivity, worked a treat!

Fed being told to call or txt to fix roaming how can u possibly do this if ur sim is not getting recognised on network I have had 3 trips abroad now with no mobile thinking of going to another network never had this problem except EE
