Hello I have the same problem. In Spain paid for 1 months roaming on Sunday, now my message states no network, disconnected, .unable to contact ee as no phone or message system . Could someone from Ee contact me by email so that I can sort this. Thank you. I don't have another phone to try sim.

Do you have a pay monthly account?
If so, did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad to make sure the account was activated for roaming?

Hello Leane I spoke to a customer advisor on the phone in the UK on Sunday to set up the roaming on my current contract. On reaching Spain on Monday no mobile connection at all on any network. Roaming was switched on before leaving the UK.

Do you have any networks showing in your phone settings?
If so what happens if you try and select these networks?

3 networks all are the same disconnection from network.
