System busy

Can somebody help me every time I make a call it says their system is busy please try again later but I can receive calls. Please help

Resolved! No Voice calls in USA despite Roam Abroad pass

Arrived in USA - have roam abroad pass - connected T-Mobile -  have text and data but cannot make calls - Samsung Galaxy A52 5G - same phone worked last year with Three sim - try calling just silence until "call ended"

I ported my number to ee 4 days back.. and it was ported successfully... Sim showed signal and the number.. data is working but iam not able to call or receive calls.. I am not even able to call customer care please help me
