I'm in Spain as you know in fuertevetura and my data is not working at all, even I got the service internet from our reception I need my CODE NUMBER and I can't remember it, I need my phone, I need to call family and so on, so please what's going on with my data, I suppose to have unlimited time, HELP X, right now is no way I can't call or text no one, thank you for letting me in, prior to that I couldn't do it x

What code number do you need? Is it the country code? You can look this up, if it is for the UK it is +44.

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on contract did you remember to enable roaming in your account before going abroad? Not necessary for pay as you go as that is automatically enabled.
