Roaming not working - urgent

Have just arrived in Mexico and purchased the roam abroad pass. However since landing at airport have had absolutely no signal on phone, so cannot text or make calls at all, let alone use data. Zero bars everywhere, am relying on wifi. Have turned all roaming settings on iPhone, it worked when I was abroad in Croatia last week, however now have absolutely no signal. Needs resolving urgently. Thank you.

Have you tried manually searching and trying to connect to an available network?

If your phone had service in another country, then roaming is activated on your SIM and no settings should need changing.

If there's a local network issue in Mexico, toggling flight mode and manually selecting an alternative network often resolves.
