Calling France in France

Hello I have taken out the EU roaming and am visiting France. I'm wondering if I could call to French mobiles whilst I am here?

Hi, I'm going to Greece shortly and the EE Roaming checker suggests texting ROAM EU to 150 to restrict roaming to the EU only and prevent picking up a Turkish network. When I do that, I get the below message. Not sure which I should choose? Will ROAM...
