I would like to  send a text message to my phone from my email account . Is this possible. I understand Vodafone offer this service

I have bought roaming abroad. Since coming abroad I have had no service. I have completely shut down my phone and still nothing. I can’t call EE because I have no service. What do I do

Hi,How can I get in touch with customer support? Ive tried 150 but its automated, and it wants to send me a text - but my phone is not receiving text messages after porting number over.Some manager clearly hasn't though this through.Ian.
