When did you receive and put in your new SIM?

Have you tried restarting your device?

Hi Alex, yes to both and states I have dialled an incorrect number/ whenever I try any number

Hi James, I am having exactly the same issue.  Phone is connected to EE after porting from Vodafone but I cannot make/receive calls etc

Sorry, Alex I put in the new SIM after my Vodafone account stopped working this morning
