Error O

When I dial xxxxx xxxxxx on my phone I get a message saying its not possible to phone this number on EE, error code O. How do I deal with this. [Mod edit: Please do not post phone numbers on the public board. Thanks!]

Resolved! Travelling outside of EU

Hi, I am travelling to Albania which is outside of EU and I'm taking a payg sim with me. Can I add a call package in order to make and receive calls? If so how much is it ?
