Making calls abroad

Anyone from EE available?  I am in France and  can't connect to any services unless on donor else's WiFi.  Can't make calls.  Got a text when I arrived to say my services will work fine! Can you assist? 

Resolved! Roaming in EU

Is there a setting on my account that shows if I am entitled to free roaming in EU and where can I find it?

Euro roaming

Hi, I am travelling around europe for 3 months, I told the lady at the store this and said I needed a data plan for all of Europe, she set me up with a sim etc and now I’m in Greece and can’t use my data??
