Using my phone abroad

Hi,

I have purchased a package for use in Australia on all 3 phones I have on my account and none of them are working?

@TracyMarples   Did you enable roaming for each device via your account?  Purchasing add ons does enable roaming they are just an add on.    And just to check you need to purchase this add on for each device on your account.
