The problem with my phone is that, it does not have signal to use as either Wifi or internet connection. Hence, making my phone useless to carry about nowadays.
I would like to know, if this requires more storage or if this is occuring as a result of the screen being damaged or because EE installed a new mast in our area of recent?
In addition, I have an 32GB SD card encrypted on my phone, but does not work. Hence, it kept saying it is formatted. Can you EE community advise or help me at this stage to get the best using of my phone as before?
I look forward to your response later. I am off to bed now!

no signal icon kept showing on my phone and not getting the best usage of my phone as `before. Is this as a result of EE installing a new mast in my area or is it the new router modem that is causing this?

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?
What is the full error message you see when trying to access data from your memory card? What type of phone is it?

No signal on my phone. Hence I cannot use as frequent as before. Not happy with EE network anymore.
I would have to leave when my contract ends.
