Service Status is down EE - 5G Mobile is Trash Too!!

Over this last week the mobile 5G has been total trash, the speeds are so bad when you click a web page it takes forever to load. I thought it would come back to normal which is usually great as I have a GREAT 5G signal. 
However its still so bad and I pay good money for this service which EE is NOT providing, so I decided to go check the service status checker and that is also down! whats going on EE this is bad... ! 
the service status page says this now>

We can't check our mobile network right now

There’s a problem getting the information we need. Try again later. 

Fix the service EE I expect to get what I pay for please.

@fixtheserviceee  the service checker is working for me ( right now ).  Try it again.   And you pay for a connection which going by what you’ve said is being provided although a bit slow.
