I've got unlimited data with EE and I can barely get online with it.
Ironically, the only way my signal is strong enough to get on here is by buying some EE data for £10 for 24 hours on my phone, without that getting online would be almost impossible at this time.
Is this normal? I'm not sure how else to deal with it

Also I've asked on the app and now it's logged me out of the app and I can't get back in, I was talking to a customer service advisor but now it won't let me in I'm not sure what to do.
I spent most of last week trying to connect and looks like I'm gonna spend most of this week trying to disconnect lol

Are you currently in the UK trying to use your phone?
Does this happen in multiple areas? if yes, I would recommend testing your SIM in another device to see if this continues.

I have had very poor internet connection this last week, it's NOT me it's EE so stop posting blame to the users fix the network EE. customers are paying good money for a very bad service. I have GREAT signal but very slow speeds, give the customers what they pay for and STOP scamming us.

I have GREAT signal but the speeds are very slow, my download speeds dropped to 6mbps and upload was like 1mbps and when you click a webpage to load it takes like forever to load.
It's an EE issue as nothing has changed with me Im close to a mast and get great 5G signal, this last week I have noticed the service has went downhill.
I let it go thinking it would get back to normal but another week of this is making me think about switching to another operator, I'm paying 30 pounds for this garbage service.
